Rahael Seifu is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office, where her practice focuses on U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions, including public and private company transactions and private equity investments, as well as other strategic corporate transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance, securities law reporting and compliance and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Seifu worked as an associate in the Corporate Department of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. She also clerked in the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Judge George B. Daniels for the 2007 to 2008 term.
Ms. Seifu received her J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 2007, where she was an articles editor for The Yale Law Journal. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science from Stanford University in 2003.
