Raphael Li is a consultant of Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai office. His practice focuses on advising multinational corporation clients on corporate and commercial matters, including merger and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, joint venture, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts and employment issues.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Li was an associate at a PRC law firm. Mr. Li holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Nanjing University School of Law as well as an LL.M. degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison Law School. He is qualified in PRC China and New York.
Mr. Li is fluent in English and Mandarin.
