Ray Lei Liu is an associate resident in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. His practice focuses primarily on corporate matters and banking finance.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Liu worked in the International Business Department and Project Finance Division for China Construction Bank. He has experience advising clients with respect to government loan applications, financings for the construction of large-scale infrastructures and the aircrafts.
Mr. Liu received his LL.B. from the East China University of Politics and Law in 2005 and received his LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
Mr. Liu passed the National Judicial Examination (Chinese Bar Exam) in 2006 and the New York Bar Exam in 2008. He is a native Mandarin and Shanghainese speaker and is fluent in English.
