Rebecca M. Ulich is an associate in the State and Local Tax Group in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. Her practice focuses on state and local tax controversies at the audit, administrative, and judicial levels. Ms. Ulich’s practice encompasses matters regarding sales and use tax, property tax, franchise and income tax, gross receipts tax, insurance tax, and telecommunications tax, among others.
Ms. Ulich obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. Ms. Ulich received her B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University, Barnard College.
