Recent regulatory decisions by the California Public Utilities Commission are providing new opportunities for renewable energy developers to participate in the state’s electricity market. In particular, the new Renewable Auction Mechanism program and the updated Self-Generation Incentive Program confirm that California is continuing its strong support for renewables. Dian Grueneich will discuss strategies to take advantage of the new programs as well as other pertinent aspects of the energy regulatory environment in California.
