Rick Liu is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Diego office. His practice focuses on securities litigation.
Mr. Liu received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010. While in law school he was the associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. Mr. Liu received his B.S. in International Affairs from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
