Robert Nichols is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department with a practice focused on antitrust matters and commercial litigation, including government contracts, intellectual property, and energy law. His most recent matters include U.S. and international merger clearance, constitutional litigation related to energy markets, antitrust litigation and counseling, and government contracts litigation and investigations.
Mr. Nichols earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Review and a member of the law center’s softball team. He earned an A.B. in Economics and a Certificate in Political Economics from Princeton University and worked for more than a year before law school as a strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies.
