Bob O'Leary is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. O'Leary earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review. He served as a judicial extern for Judge Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and for Judge Arthur S. Weissbrodt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. He earned his B.A. in history, with highest honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.
