Roman Swoopes is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Swoopes received his J.D. from Stanford Law School. While at Stanford, he served as President of the Stanford Law and Technology Association and as Managing Editor of Production for the Stanford Technology Law Review. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Harvard University, where he was a member of the Harvard Speech & Parliamentary Debate Society.
Prior to law school, Mr. Swoopes worked in Palo Alto as a business & systems integration consultant.
Mr. Swoopes is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
