Ryan Thomas Trahan is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Mr. Trahan focuses on commercial transactions, including finance and real estate-based lending, formation of joint ventures, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate-based assets. Mr. Trahan is active with the Urban Land Institute, a nonprofit research and education organization.
Mr. Trahan received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Tom C. Clark Fellow and an Articles & Notes Editor for the Texas International Law Journal. He received his M.B.A. from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in economics from Emporia State University.
