Sai Jahann is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Ms. Jahann maintains a broad litigation and antitrust enforcement practice, representing clients in federal class action matters and before regulatory agencies.
Ms. Jahann received her J.D. from the Stanford Law School in June 2010. While in law school, she was articles editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review and served on the Executive Board of Women of Stanford Law. She also participated in the Stanford Criminal Prosecution Clinic at the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Jahann worked for the international public health program of a large private charitable foundation, distributing health and human rights funding and technical assistance to advocates in developing countries. She received her B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in 2004.
Ms. Jahann is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
