Samuel Ng’s practice focuses on a diverse range of corporate finance and securities matters, including securities offerings, M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions in Hong Kong and China, as well as regulatory and compliance work.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Ng worked in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange where he handled more than 30 IPO cases and oversaw the compliance of more than 40 Main Board-listed companies.
Mr. Ng was admitted as a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong in 2002. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
