Sarah J. Thomas is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Thomas was a litigation associate in the New York, London and Hong Kong offices of a major international law firm. From 2007 to 2008, she was the David W. Leebron Fellow at the Documentation Center of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, and England and Wales. She is fluent in English and highly proficient in German.
