Secy Cheung is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Hong Kong Office. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, listings and public offerings, securities regulatory compliance and general corporate and commercial matters.
Ms. Cheung is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong. She holds Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hull and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws course at the University of Hong Kong. Ms. Cheung is also currently pursuing the Master of Laws degree course at the Renmin University of China.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Cheung worked for a leading law firm in Hong Kong where she has experience in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border commercial litigation, international arbitration, mediation, commercial fraud cases, shareholders disputes as well as regulatory matters. Ms. Cheung also has in-house experience which she gained during her secondment to the legal department of a blue-chip listed company in Hong Kong. Ms. Cheung is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
