Sonia Girgis is an associate in the London office of Morrison & Foerster. She provides corporate tax advice on a wide range of issues to public and private companies, both nationally and internationally.
Ms. Girgis has advised on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, the restructuring of corporate groups, the recoupment and tax planning of losses, and employee share schemes. She has also advised in relation to cross-border financing and investment transactions. Her transactional experience involves companies across a broad range of industries including life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial, and consumer products. Ms. Girgis has also advised in connection with tax audits and litigation.
