Soo Lim is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the Financial Transactions Practice Group. Ms. Lim represents commercial lenders, investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other entities in loan originations and secondary market loan- and debt-related asset transactions.
Ms. Lim also has extensive experience representing banks and other institutional investors in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including commercial real estate finance, asset-based lending to financially distressed companies, export and trade finance, and structured finance.
