Stefan Szpajda is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Litigation Group in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Szpajda received his B.C.L-LL.B from McGill University's Faculty of Law. While attending law school, he served as the executive editor for English-language content at the McGill Law Journal, and as associate editor at the McGill Journal of Law and Health. He held several research and teaching assistant positions in the fields of intellectual property, jurisprudence, comparative politics, and international relations.
Mr. Szpajda graduated with first-class honors from McGill University with a B.A. in history and political science. He has intermediate language capabilities in Polish and French.
Mr. Szpajda is admitted to practice in California and New York.
