Stephanie Fong's law practice concentrates on representing management in employment and labor matters. Her practice encompasses all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour law, and wrongful termination. Ms. Fong has a particular focus on “employee-raiding” matters involving trade secrets and noncompetition issues. She was the lead associate on a five-week trade secrets misappropriation trial in which our client obtained a $10.8 million jury verdict and successfully defended all counterclaims. In addition, Ms. Fong helps employers draft employee handbooks and personnel policies, separation agreements, and employment agreements.
Ms. Fong received her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2005, where she was elected Order of the Coif, and was an articles editor of UC Davis Law Review. She also received Witkin Awards for academic excellence in labor law and federal income taxation.
