Stephanie Wingader is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Northern Virginia office, where she engages in a broad-based corporate transactional practice, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
Ms. Wingader's securities experience includes representations of both companies and investors in growth-stage and public equity offerings (including Rule 144A, Regulation S and SEC-registered offerings). In addition, she regularly advises public companies and investors on disclosure and compliance issues, including those related to the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and NYSE and Nasdaq rules and regulations.
In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Ms. Wingader has represented purchasers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industries, including life sciences, financial services and clean technology.
