Steve P. O'Brien

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Steve O'Brien was an associate in the New York office of a major international law firm, where he was engaged in a broad-based corporate practice representing companies in securities, transactional, and general corporate matters. In the course of his practice in New York, Mr. O’Brien had extensive experience representing companies and investment banks in securities offerings and public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. O'Brien received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont in 2000.
