This event provided a platform for structured products advisors and broker dealers from the West Coast to be educated on innovation in the marketplace; new asset classes; regulatory issues; new distribution channels; and the latest product trends. Morrison & Foerster partners led two extended workshops: one on tax considerations for structured products; and the other on the difference between ETNs and ETFs. Mr. Humphreys also joined the champagne roundtable to discuss the growth of the structured products market.
