Sue Landsittel is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Environment and Energy Group.

Ms. Landsittel received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law, where she was a senior articles editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and president of the OUTLaw organization. While attending law school, she was a member of Northwestern’s Environmental Law Clinic and externed at the Environmental Law and Policy Center in Chicago. She also served as a teaching and research assistant to Professor Martin Redish and was a recipient of the Arlyn Miner Book Award for excellence in legal writing. After graduating, Ms. Landsittel clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Tallman of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Seattle.

Prior to law school, Ms. Landsittel worked at the Peninsula Open Space Trust in Palo Alto, where she assisted with conservation easement transactions and managed due diligence investigations in support of property acquisitions. She previously worked as a geologist for Cambria Environmental Technology Inc., performing fieldwork associated with soil and groundwater remediation. Ms. Landsittel received her B.S. in geological and environmental sciences from Stanford University.
