Suga Li's practice focuses on China-related securities offerings, venture capital, joint ventures and other foreign direct investment in China, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Li worked in a leading U.S. law firm advising on cross-border M&A transactions, foreign investments in China and securities offering matters.
Ms. Li is qualified to practice in China and is a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
