Susan McLean is an Of Counsel lawyer in the London office of Morrison and Foerster and a member of the Technology Transactions Group and the Global Sourcing Group.
Mrs. McLean advises on a wide range of non-contentious technology matters including outsourcing transactions, information technology (IT) procurement, software licensing and development, and e-commerce. The primary focus of her practice is outsourcing (including IT, business process, call centre, finance and accounting, and facilities management outsourcing). She has particular financial services experience, having acted for a variety of customers and suppliers in the banking, insurance, life and pensions and investment sectors, and spent time on secondment with Skandia and Goldman Sachs International.
She also has significant experience advising customers and suppliers in the airline sector on IT infrastructure projects, (including Cathay Pacific).
Most recently Mrs. McLean has advised a leading insurance company on a global framework agreement with Cable & Wireless for the provision of network and information technology services and related Statements of Work; and advised Intel on an IT transitional services agreement relating to its $1.14 billion acquisition of the wireless division of Infineon Technologies.
