Suzanne Graeser is the West Coast chair of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group. Her practice focuses on start-up and later-stage emerging companies and venture capital investment, with a focus on life sciences, information technology, and clean technology. Her practice emphasizes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and executive compensation.
Ms. Graeser has extensive experience representing limited liability companies and limited partnerships in their structuring, formation, funding, and operations. Ms. Graeser advises clients in connection with complex merger and joint venture structuring, financing and executive compensation alternatives, as well as general business matters.
Ms. Graeser is a former Chair of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section ("BLS") of the California State Bar, which is the largest section of the State Bar. She serves as an Advisor to the Business Law News, BLS's quarterly publication on business law issues, and was formerly Co-Chair of the Corporations Committee of the BLS. Ms. Graeser served on the Editorial Committee of the 2003 Guide to California Securities Law Practice published by the BLS Corporations Committee.
