Takeshi Miyamoto's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and securities offerings.
Mr. Miyamoto graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies in 2000. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2006, where he was a Dean's Fellow and a member of the George Washington International Law Review. Mr. Miyamoto interned with the Honorable Donald A. Alexander of the Supreme Court of Maine in 2004.
