The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and Microsoft Corporation’s “HNBA/Microsoft IP Law Institute” provides opportunities for Latino students interested in intellectual property law. Latino law students from law schools across the country are chosen to participate in an IP immersion program in Washington, DC with all expenses covered. The students are provided substantive instruction, the opportunity to observe first-hand U.S. IP institutions at work, and the chance to meet leading members of the IP legal community.
Hector Gallegos presented “The U.S. International Trade Commission and ‘Section 337’ Actions – A primer” at the 2013 event.
