Currently, women lawyers comprise about only 17 percent of Supreme Court advocates.

This panel will discuss the underrepresentation of women who argue before the Supreme Court and whether the Supreme Court bar is truly seeing an increase in women appearing before them.

Additionally, the panelists will discuss their career paths and how attorneys can build a career as an appellate attorney.
