Tiffany Rowe is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Morrison & Foerster, and is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Group. Her practice focuses on auditing and accounting malpractice, securities litigation, and general litigation matters. Ms. Rowe has experience in class action litigation, regulatory inquiries, including SEC and PCAOB investigations, and DOJ investigations.
Ms. Rowe received her J.D., summa cum laude and first in class, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 2010. While attending law school, Ms. Rowe was twice a member of the CUA National Moot Court Team for the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Moot Court Competition, and twice received the Best Preliminary Round Speaker Award. Ms. Rowe also participated in the 2010 Columbus School of Law Student Scholars Series.
Ms. Rowe graduated, cum laude, from The George Washington University with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Rowe spent six years in the General Counsel’s Office of Ernst & Young LLP, where she worked as a legal assistant and law clerk.
