Tushna Gamadia is Of Counsel in the Real Estate Group.
Ms. Gamadia’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on complex real estate finance. She has advised lenders and borrowers in all aspects of real estate finance, including securitized lending, balance sheet lending, syndicated loan transactions, preferred equity and private equity transactions. She also has experience in the sale and purchase of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, and in representing clients in the restructuring of such loans. Additionally, she has worked on the purchase, sale, development, leasing and operation of commercial real estate properties.
Ms. Gamadia is also actively engaged in pro bono matters, including advising nonprofit institutions, international charities, small businesses in connection with corporate and real estate matters, and community members in connection with family law and immigration matters.
Ms. Gamadia earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was a Symposium Editor of the Cornell Law Review, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.
