Victor Meng is an associate in the litigation department in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco Office. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. During law school, Mr. Meng served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the Central District of California.
Mr. Meng is admitted to practice in California.
