Victoria Vignon is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's London office.
Since joining the firm in 2009, she has worked for both private and public companies across a number of the firm's practice areas, including technology, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and life sciences. Mrs. Vignon advises on a wide range of matters including private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
Mrs. Vignon completed her LL.B degree at Manchester Metropolitan in 2007 before going on to obtain a LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool. She speaks English and French.
Mrs. Vignon is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
