Vincent A. Pace is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo office. He has represented Japanese, U.S., and other clients in a range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, private placements, and U.S.-registered offerings.
Mr. Pace earned his J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Law & Policy Review, and an LL.M. in Chinese law from Tsinghua University during the same year. In 2003, he graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from The George Washington University. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Pace worked in the Tokyo office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
Mr. Pace is fluent in Japanese and proficient in Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
