Westley Walker is an associate in the Litigation Group of Morrison & Foerster's London office.
Mr. Walker practices in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, acting for clients across a range of industries. He has experience of international arbitration under the ICC and LCIA rules, and has acted on investigations involving a number of regulatory bodies, including the UK Financial Services Authority, the Serious Fraud Office and the European Commission.
After obtaining a first class degree in German in 2007 from the University of Warwick, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. He trained and qualified at Slaughter and May before joining Morrison & Foerster in 2013.
He is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
