William Pardue is an associate in the State + Local Tax Group. His practice focuses on state and local tax controversies at the audit, administrative, and judicial levels. Mr. Pardue’s practice encompasses a range of matters, including sales and use taxes, property taxes, franchise and income taxes, gross receipts taxes, and telecommunications taxes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pardue worked in the state and local practice group of another national law firm. Mr. Pardue also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, the presiding judge of the New Jersey Tax Court.
Mr. Pardue earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Psychology, Public Policy, and Law. He also earned his B.S. in business administration and B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
