Winston Yu is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on a range of corporate finance matters such as capital markets, debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yu worked as a consultant in the corporate tax advisory division of a leading international accounting firm in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Yu obtained his LL.B. from the University of Sydney and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. He also holds a B.Com from the University of Auckland.
Mr. Yu was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2009 and as a Solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2012. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
