Y. Michelle Yuan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Yuan earned her J.D. from Stanford University, where she was a senior editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, the co-president of the China Law and Policy Association, and helped clients as a volunteer at the Organizations and Transactions Clinic of Mills Legal Clinic. During law school, she interned at both the Palo Alto and Beijing offices of the firm. She earned her M.A. from Duke University and her B.Phil. from Peking University.
Ms. Yuan is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese.
