Yin Hua is a senior consultant in Morrison & Foerster's Beijing office. Her practice covers foreign direct investment, employment, commercial and trading, regulatory compliance and other corporate matters, as well as mergers and aquisitions and capital market.
Ms. Hua has provided legal services to many multinational companies and domestic companies in the areas of investment vehicle establishment, corporate maintenance, commercial and trading, product compliance etc. by way of providing legal analysis, drafting and reviewing business documents and due diligence. Ms. Hua has also provided legal services regarding employee and asset transfer in global M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Hua worked at the Shanghai office of a leading U.S. based law firm. Her practice included foreign investment and real estate investments in China.
Ms. Hua received her LL.M. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2007 and her LL.B. from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2006. Ms. Hua is a native Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
