Ying Huang is an associate in the corporate group of Morrison & Foerster's San Diego office. Her practice includes general corporate, transactional and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private offerings.
Ms. Huang received her J.D. in 2009 from Harvard Law School and her B.A., with high honors, in Legal Studies and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
