Yukitoshi Uwatoko is an of counsel in the Corporate Department. Mr. Uwatoko has extensive experience in a wide variety of cross-border corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on investment fund matters representing fund sponsors, GP, managers and investors. He has represented numerous Japanese, U.S. and European corporate clients and financial institutions. Mr. Uwatoko received his B.A. degree in Law from Waseda University in 1991 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994. Mr. Uwatoko is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and is also a registered gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi.
