This Handbook provides an overview of some of the issues that you may face, and the resources that may be available to you, as a result of the 2006 New York Flood and the ensuing damage. This Handbook is targeted to individuals, families, and small businesses in New York State. Please note that this Handbook is a work in progress, and that by the time you read this material, the federal, state, and county governments may have enacted additional legislation to assist flood victims.
