Extranets and Electronic Data Rooms

 

We provide secure extranet links between the firm and clients to facilitate the exchange of information in real time.

 

Extranets for Data Sharing with Clients.  Our secure, simple to use, browser-based file sharing systems provide a reliable platform for sharing files or transferring data.

 

Trademark and Patent Extranets.  Many clients look to us to manage extensive trademark and patent inventories. We do so using our proprietary Trademark and Patent Extranets. These extranets provide our clients with secure access to a wide variety of information specific to their matters, including reference materials, work product and status information.

 
Electronic Data Rooms.  We create and maintain electronic data rooms for clients that are engaged in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or other strategic transactions. Electronic data rooms also may be useful for clients engaged in financings where they may facilitate the diligence process.

 

 


Litigation Support

 

Litigation Technology Tools:  Our litigators and staff are trained in the use of an array of litigation management tools that are designed to support the rapid and reliable analysis and presentation of case data and graphics, including Concordance for litigation databases; LiveNote for transcript management; CaseSoft for case analysis; and Sanction for trial and arbitration presentations.

 

 


Infrastructure

 

We invest in robust networks and best-in-class servers, desktops and laptops in order to ensure reliability and redundancy. We are able to share information with colleagues and clients around the globe by phone, BlackBerry and laptop. Attorneys receive electronic fax deliveries. We have access to our systems remotely and can work anywhere that has Wi-Fi access. The virtualization of key systems, combined with the use of MPLS networks, provide a reliable, redundant and consistent technology experience in all of our locations around the globe.

 

All of our offices are connected by internal conference bridges. We have videoconferencing facilities in all of our offices. We connect our clients and others together through a teleconference system available immediately around the world, 24 hours a day. Our Support Center provides us with high quality technical support 24/7/365.

International language support

Knowledge Exchange.  Our Knowledge Exchange database makes documents, forms, templates, precedent, briefs, practice materials and internal research available to all attorneys.
