The JOBS Act is garnering as much criticism as praise. This audio program will not simply rehash the legislation; the panelists will focus on how practitioners can and will advise small, mid-cap and even larger companies to take advantage of the new environment created by the JOBS Act. Part of the Act will be effective immediately and the remainder of it will be promptly implemented by the SEC.
