K. Alyse Latour

Alyse Latour is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Group, where she represents public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate matters. Ms. Latour's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, government contracts due diligence, public offerings and private placements of securities, venture capital investments, and other business transactions. Ms. Latour also counsels clients on corporate law and securities law matters.
