Mr. Stevens has worked with public and private companies in various industries, including software, semiconductor, medical device, biopharmaceutical, information services, entertainment, and consumer products. He also represents a large number of venture capital firms and investment banks in various securities and transactional matters.
Mr. Stevens has consumated a myriad of corporate transactions, including venture capital transactions raising more than $1 billion, capital markets transactions raising in excess of $1.5 billion, and mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $5.5 billion.
