Osman Nawaz is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Denver office. He joined the firm in 2005. Mr. Nawaz received his B.B.A. in Management from Baylor University in 2000, and his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2005.

While in law school, Mr. Nawaz served as the Technical Editor of the Transportation Law Journal , authored a student note (32 Transp.L.J. 21), interned for the State of Colorado District Court, and received Scholastic Excellence Awards for academic distinction in Administrative Law and Advanced Legal Research. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, antitrust, and other complex litigation matters.

Mr. Nawaz is a member of the Colorado bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
