Guy McPherson is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. He practices in the Business Department representing clients in real estate and finance matters.

Mr. McPherson received his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995. In 2004, Mr. McPherson received his J.D., magna cum laude , from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Fordham, Mr. McPherson published a student note in the Fordham Law Review on the subject of rent regulations in New York City.
