Tritia Murata is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Group.

Ms. Murata’s practice encompasses all aspects of employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling. Ms. Murata has experience representing and advising clients regarding a number of labor and employment law issues, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, employment policies and procedures, trade secrets, and unfair competition.

Ms. Murata received her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2004, where she was an Articles Editor of the UCLA Law Review. She received her B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001, with a double major in Mathematics of Computation and English.

Ms. Murata is admitted to practice in California.
