Brian Ho is an associate in the Patent Group of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Ho’s patent prosecution practice includes patent opinion preparation, and intellectual property counseling and strategic planning. In addition, Mr. Ho practices in the area of patent litigation as well as providing support for other intellectual property practice areas such as patent due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ho was a biochemist and engineer and has several years of industry experience in the fields of biochemistry, medical device, research, and engineering.

Mr. Ho received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2004, where he was a Stone Scholar and Managing Editor of The Columbia Science and Technology Law Review . Mr. Ho also received a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis in 1997.

He is admitted to practice in the state of California.
