Gabriel Lowenkron is a corporate finance associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Lowenkron focuses his practice on transactional, corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and venture capital investments. Mr. Lowenkron has experience in matters arising under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

In 1999 Mr. Lowenkron received his A.B. degree with distinction in Political Science from the Stanford University. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2004, where he served as an editor of the Yale Journal of Regulation .
